# 30-Night Rest Guarantee & Return Policy

At NOWM, we believe deep, restorative sleep changes everything. We want you to feel confident in your rest. That is why we offer a 30-Night Guarantee on all our sleep essentials.

### 30-Night Guarantee Window
You have 30 days from the date your package is delivered to test your NOWM device. If you are not experiencing deeper rest, you may request a return for a refund.

### Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in good working condition, with no physical abuse or liquid damage.
- The item must include all original parts, charging cables, manuals, and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (your order confirmation email or order number) is required.

### How to Start a Return
1. Email our support team at support@nowmrest.com with your Order Number and the reason for return.
2. Our team will verify your order and provide you with return instructions and the return warehouse address.
3. Once our team receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

### Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours at support@nowmrest.com with photos/videos so we can send an immediate free replacement.
